For years I've used an old desk bell for passing out materials to my students. A single ring alerted each team to send a representative to come see me for materials. The reps told me how many they needed and then took what they had been given back to their teams and disseminated them. By the second week, passing out materials was a no-brainer.

The bell I used actually came from an old card game called Pit. It's orange with a lot of nicks and chips but still works like a charm at every seminar I present.

The one I'm now selling is the best of the ones currently being manufactured.
