Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes, we gladly accept school and school district purchase orders by submitting them via email to ben@newmanagement.com
Will I be charged sales tax?
Only orders received from California customers will be charged sales tax.
Can I make changes to my order before it ships?
If you need to make a change, please email us immediately. When possible, we will make every effort to accommodate your change prior to shipping.
What are your shipping charges?
Shipping is charged based on your order subtotal.
For all products EXCEPT Door Bloks:
- Up to $30 | $5.00 shipping fee
- $30-$160 | $8.00 shipping fee
- Over $160 | 5% of order subtotal
For orders containing Door Bloks:
- Up to $80 | $8.00 shipping fee
- Over $80 | 10% of order subtotal
All Shipping Rates are based on the original price value, bulk discounts are not factored into shipping costs.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
Currently, orders of in-stock items can take 5-7 business days to process before shipping, however we do our best to ship orders sooner. Once shipped, delivery times are dependent upon your location. Orders are shipped from San Diego, CA via the U.S. Postal Service or UPS, depending on weight and delivery location.
